Those you keep near can only take you to one of two places.

1) Up further or 2) All the way down. Surround yourself with those who will pull you up, who will ispire you to be a greater you. Want people around you who bring out the best in you rather than those who fuel the ugly side. You have to militantly keep a distance from those & set limitations on "friendships". No matter If you were to keep a snake around from infancy and shower it with love and dedication, it's in its nature to bite. That has to be in the forefront of one's mind when dealing with certain individuals that you discern to be unhealthy for you. Are those in your life assets or liabilities? check your portfolio! If needed, make the adjustments. Increase in value, decrease the liability.
